Engagement Types

Softel is pleased to undertake consultancy work on the basis of fixed-price for defined scope and deliverables or on a time and materials basis. Various types of professional services can be provided from a requirements investigation to system development and implementation.

Methodologies

With a background in Systems Engineering, we typically follow methodologies including, and derived from, ANSI/EIA-632, IEEE 1220 and PM-BOK. As most methodologies have many common characteristics, if your organisation uses your own methodology we can harmonise our approach with yours.

Qualifications

Softel values experience as well as academic and industry qualifications. All Softel's Principal Consultants have many years industry experience and strong academic qualifications. A number are Certified Information System Security Professionals, a US-based and internationally recognised certification operated by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)².
